This Temple is located on the Vandaloor – Kelampakkam highway. We have frequent buses from Tambaram and Kelampakkam. This is situated on a small hill and it is being maintained in good condition. We can reach the hill top by Four wheeler or by Two wheeler through the road. This temple has the hindu spiritualiy.You can enjoy the surroundings from the top of the hill.

Parvathamalai is located near Thiruannamalai and Polur. This hill has ancient history and it is habitat for various herbals. On the top of the there is a temple for Sivan and Parvatha amman. It is really on adventurous to travel to Parvathmalai. We can start the travel from two points 1. Kadaladi 2. Mahadevamangalam. Both points are on the way to Chengam from Polur. We started from Mahadevamangalam

How to reach from chennai: First you  have to go to Polur, Many buses are available from Koyambedu. It is a 4hrs travel. From Polur you take bus to Chengam, but you have to get down at Kadaladi or Mahadevamangalam. From any one of this points your trekking starts…

Sri Yohanarashimmar temple located in Thirukkadigai-Sholingur.It is pleasant to have a dharsan of  Sri Narashimmar. There are two hills. One for Sri Yoga Narashimmar and another one for Sri Anjaneyar. First hill has around 1000 steps and next one has around 400 steps.

How to reach from Chennai?

1. From Koyembedu (CMBT) take Vellore bus and get down at Walaja. From Walaja take bus to Sholingur. Totally by bus it would take 3hrs travel.

2.From Chennai Central Railway Station take Arakkonam train. From Arakkonam you can go to Sholingur.

Vallimalai is located near Vellore. This is the birth place of Goddess Valli. The Murugan temple is situated on a hill. This temple is constructed under a big rock.Location around this temple is really natural and enjoyable.You would get a feel of trekking when you go to this temple. There is one Ashram for Sri Satchidananda Swamigal on top of the hill.

How to reach from Chennai: 1. From Chennai (CMBT) take a bus to Vellore (2.5hrs  travel). From Vellore you can get the direct bus to Vallimalai or take the bus to Ponnai which runs through Vallimalai. 

2. From Chennai(CMBT) take a bus to Vellore and get down at Walaja-muthu kadai bus stop. From muthukadai bus stop you can get the bus to Vallimalai.

Facilities in Vallimalai: No accommodation facilities are available in Vallimalai. It is better to stay in Vellore itself. Small hotels and Tea shops are available around the Temple.
